June was very active month for the partners of the ELCA consortium.
Last month, we managed to meet several times – on June 11, June 17 and June 22, to discuss the current status of work. We have already completed the analysis of targeted markets and competences of the consortium, the results of which will be published in the coming days. After completing the market analysis the next step was to decide where and when to go, which regions are worth focusing on.
At the same time, MAV was working on cross-fertilization planning and BIC on creating a preliminary version of the “Lightweight made in Europe” branding strategy. This will be an important document that will be a roadmap for all next activities of the project. It will also be the basis for creating a complete brand marketing strategy.
